This is an interactive course and you do not have to be at our physical campus to take the course. It can be done from any place with an internet connection.

This is 24 hours of online intensive materials for students to have even greater depth of training in certain specialty areas, followed by a live interaction session with instructors. These are designed for apothecarists that would like to create a product line, specialize in a certain area of herbal preparations, or to set up a home apothecary. The intensive will have advanced materials not covered in the main online 12-week external course. The External Medicine 12-week course is recommended before doing the Advanced External intensive.

REGISTRATION IS ‘FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE’. This course is offered once a year.

External Medicine Preparations: Learn hands-on processes of creating customized herbal skin deodorants and topical creams, botanical tooth powders, herbal hydrotherapy and sexual health preparations. Training also includes lectures on branding, packaging and product presentation guidance, pricing & selling your goods, a virtual topical oil bar, safety guidelines/mise en place and herbal skin health.

Enrolled students will receive access to lessons, tutorials, recipes and new advanced-level resources along with an herbal care package of herbs, product materials and supplies and containers mailed to them.

Who is this for? These online intensives are for anyone who wants advanced herbal medicine-making skills for home or business. Explore potency, flavor, taste, creative passion and clinical expertise to take your medicine-making skills to a brand-new level with exciting techniques and skills. For those of you who have not been able to attend attend our information-packed intensives because of travel or work restrictions, now is the time!

This intensive is offered online with access to lessons, and materials, containers and herbs mailed out to enrolled students. This will be followed with a live interactive training session with instructors.
