This is an online course and you do not have to be at our physical campus to take the course. It can be done from any place with an internet connection.

We’re heading into the dark months of winter and a retreat into comfort. This very special winter maker’s workshop will focus on making a seasonal cake using infusions, herbal syrups, edible flowers, fragrantly roasted nuts, and more.

We’ll be sending out a one-of-a-kind box with ingredients that will help students make a delicious treat you’ll want to make every winter to celebrate, and best of all, this can be made gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar free too!

Join me in the apothecary and start your own tradition of the Winter Cake!

You will need: All preparations we make in this workshop are designed to be made in the home kitchen. Students will need basic kitchen gear like an oven/heat source, spoons, bowls, storage for preparations, baking supplies, etc. A list of exact materials will go out prior to the live class for students who want to make their creations during the session!

*Attendance to the live class is optional, as is making Winter Cake during class. Class will be recorded for students to view later.

What We Send You: We send out a box prior to the workshop with ethically wildcrafted herbs and materials you will need for the class. International shipping is not available for this workshop! International students wishing to participate can request a list of herbs we are sending out to source locally.
